Subscription and trial

WMS is a product of the iyibir Cloud family. Subscription, trial, users and invoices are managed in the iyibir Cloud panel; WMS itself has no price or invoice screen. The panel's own guide: Cloud products and subscriptions (in Turkish).

Trial

• The trial lasts 14 days and is started in the panel by your company's authorized person.
• In the trial you work with your own Logo data; there is no sample data. So iyibir PaaS Agent must be installed on your Logo server before the trial.
• While the trial runs, a strip at the top of the web panel shows the days left.
• The trial does not turn into a paid subscription on its own.

Plan: users and AI Credit

A plan has two parts:

• Number of users: the named people who will use WMS. People are counted, not devices: on a shared handheld terminal each employee signs in with their own account and does not count as an extra user. Adding a user takes effect at once; replacing one person with another is free.
• Monthly AI Credit: use of AI Mode. Details: AI Credit.

Giving a person access

The company authorized person decides in the panel who will use WMS: they assign WMS access to a person. A person with access is registered as a warehouse user on their first WMS sign-in; the WMS administrator gives them their role and permissions (Roles and permissions).

A person whose access is removed in the panel cannot sign in to WMS; their WMS record and the trail of their operations are not deleted. If access is given back, their old role, categories and scope come back.

Messages you may see on screen

No subscription / trial or subscription ended (Abonelik yok / deneme ya da abonelik bitti)	Your company has no active WMS subscription.	Ask your company authorized person to start the trial or renew the subscription in the panel.
You have no access to iyibir WMS (iyibir WMS erişiminiz yok)	Your company has a subscription, but no access has been assigned to you.	Ask your company authorized person to give you WMS access in the panel.
