Getting started with the web panel
The web panel is at app.iyibirwms.io. The warehouse manager plans the work here, assigns tasks, makes decisions and sets up the settings; operators see the pages of their own categories. The web panel plans and monitors, and the operations run on mobile. There are two exceptions, both the administrator's and both through the same preview and approval as on mobile: request approval and cancellation and the retry of a ledger record proven to have written nothing. Close record in the write ledger sends nothing to Logo.
Workspace
Every new session opens the Choose your working scope (Çalışma kapsamını seçin) screen: Firm, Period and Warehouse. If you have a saved scope, continue with Continue with the saved scope. The choice is kept on the server; the mobile app uses the same scope.
Click the Firm … · Period … · Warehouse … button in the top bar to change the scope at any time. Only the firms and warehouses the administrator has opened to you are listed. Most pages work on the selected warehouse; if no warehouse is selected, the page says so.
Menu
The menu follows the flow of the work. Each person sees only the pages open to them.

If you open the address of a page that is not in your menu, you see "Page not found".
Assistant
The Assistant button in the top bar opens the AI helper from any page: Assistant.
Account window
Click your name at the bottom left to open the account window:
- Account: your name and e-mail; for an administrator, a Settings → link.
- Appearance: System, Dark or Light theme.
- Language: Türkçe or English.
- Session: Sign out.
Access screens
