Goods receipt, shipping, cartons and pallets

Goods receipt​

Open purchase orders. There are Order, Supplier and Product views; the Not started on this page chip filters orders that have not been received at all. The detail shows the order lines and the received and remaining quantities. The receiving itself is done on mobile (Receiving).

Shipping​

Sales orders. Order, Account and Product views; a This warehouse / All warehouses choice; Late on this page and Due today on this page chips.

The administrator marks orders and opens a picking task with Create task (Task board).

In the order detail, the Recent dispatch notes list shows the e-Despatch (e-İrsaliye) badge of each dispatch note: e-Despatch not sent or the status code in Logo.

Dispatches with e-Despatch not sent​

When a warehouse is selected, this card sits on the Shipping page: dispatch notes written in the last 14 days whose recipient is registered for e-Despatch and that have not been sent for more than 4 hours. WMS does not send the e-Despatch; it is sent from Logo and your e-transformation provider. Details: Documents written to Logo.

Cartons and pallets​

The list of cartons and pallets packed on mobile. Status views: Active, Open, Closed, Loaded, Shipped, Cancelled, All; a type filter (carton/pallet).

The detail shows the content (product, lot, quantity), the cartons on a pallet and the events. Documents:

  • Print label: a printable page in the size set in the settings (A6 or A5); print it from the browser or save it as PDF. If a GS1 prefix is defined, the label carries the SSCC as a GS1-128 barcode; otherwise the internal code (K…, P…) as Code 128.
  • Packing list.

Actions: anyone can Reopen a closed carton. The administrator can Undo load, Mark shipped and Cancel.
