Movements, performance, recommendations and data health

Movements

Every operation WMS has written to Logo. A warehouse user sees their own operations, the administrator all operations of the organization.

  • All and Needs attention chips; a Status list (Validated, Sent, Written, Read back, Rejected, Uncertain, Partial, Error, Closed by hand).
  • The detail has Result, Record, Request summary, Steps, Timeline, Read-back and Error cards.

The exception strip on the Cockpit opens this page with the Needs attention filter. What the statuses mean: Writing to Logo and the write ledger.

Close record

Only a WMS administrator sees it, on the detail of a record that needs attention: partial, uncertain, or with a read-back difference. Closing records "I looked in Logo and did what was needed, or nothing is needed":

  1. Click Close record (Kaydı kapat). The window says when closing is right for this kind of record; on an uncertain record it shows the search number (WMS-…) to look the document up in Logo.
  2. Write a Reason (at least 10 characters); the reason stays on the record.
  3. Confirm with Close record. The record becomes Closed by hand; who closed it and when is shown, and the record leaves the attention list.

Only the WMS record changes: nothing is sent to Logo, sent again or undone; the steps, Logo document numbers and read-back differences stay as they are.

Retry

Only a WMS administrator sees it, on the detail of a record proven to have written nothing: Error (it never reached Logo: connection, rights, time) or Rejected when Logo plainly refused it. It is never there on an uncertain, partial or read-back-difference record; those are only closed.

  1. Click Retry (Yeniden dene). The window says why this record can be sent again.
  2. Confirm with Send again. The same record is sent once more with the very content the person confirmed; the preview is not worked out again.
  3. Before sending, Logo is checked for the document; if it is already there, nothing is sent ("Logo already holds this document") and you close the record.

If Logo refused it and the cause (card, stock, rights) was not fixed in Logo, the record is refused again. A second click never writes a second document.

Performance

Labour measures. The administrator has four tabs; the period is the last 7, 30 or 90 days.

  • Team: measures such as lines/hour, units/hour, accuracy, short rate and work on time; by day and by task type.
  • Person: each person's measures, compared with their own median of the last 30 days. The list is sorted by name, not by any measure.
  • Workload: the work left against the shift's remaining capacity, hour by hour; tasks that will not make their due time.
  • Warehouse health: a score from 0 to 100 and its components (stock accuracy, flow, slotting, master data, occupancy balance); click a component to list the rows that lower the score.

A warehouse user sees only My performance.

Fair use

The measures are for team planning and for the person's own development; they are not used to calculate pay or penalties. People are not ranked against each other; everyone is compared with their own median. Only the administrator and the person themselves see a person's measures; personal data older than 13 months is merged into the team totals.

Recommendations

Administrator only. WMS produces three kinds of recommendation from the warehouse snapshot; recommendations are not applied by themselves and do not write to Logo.

TabRecommendationWhat Apply does
SlottingMove a fast product to a shelf on a golden level close to the depot pointCreate a move task
ReplenishmentRefill a pick face that has dropped below its minimumCreate a replenishment task
Cycle countCount shelves with a high count riskCreate count plan

Each recommendation states its reason with numbers. Mark several recommendations with Select and use Apply selected; on a single recommendation, Apply, Dismiss, Details, Show on map. Dismiss asks for a reason (Not practical, Data is wrong, Later, Other); a dismissed recommendation is not proposed again for 30 days.

What if?

You can see what a slotting recommendation would gain before applying it: tap What if? (Ne olurdu?) in the recommendation's details or while several slotting recommendations are selected. Picks completed in the chosen window (last 7–90 days, default 28) are walked again as if these moves had been made; the walk is measured with the picking task's own route. The card shows "~… m less walking per week", the number of affected picks and lines, and the walk before and after. It is only a calculation: nothing is moved and no task is opened. If you like it, Open the move task puts the tasks in the pool; nothing is written to Logo from the web. Picks through shelves without coordinates or an aisle are left out of the metres, and the card says so.

The limits of the recommendations are changed in Settings.

Warehouse notes

Administrator only. Notes operators left on products, shelves or suppliers (Tasks › Warehouse notes) wait here for approval. Each note shows who wrote it, when, and what it is attached to:

  • Approve: the note becomes permanent; everyone who touches that product, shelf or supplier sees it.
  • Reject: the note is no longer shown.

A note that is not approved stops being shown after 14 days. Notes are not written to Logo.

Data Health Scan

Administrator only. Scores how ready your Logo data is for WMS. Start the scan (later Scan again); take the result with Print / PDF.

Seven checks: negative stock, stock not placed on shelves, active cards without a barcode, lot/serial-tracked stock with an empty expiry date, idle stock, cards with missing dimensions and count difference history. Opening a check shows What was found, Why it matters, How to fix it and sample rows. Corrections are made in Logo.

This scan measures how ready the Logo data is; warehouse health in Performance measures the health of the work in the warehouse.

Carriers and vehicles

The Logistics group lists the carrier companies in Logo (shipment counts and last dispatch) and the delivery vehicle cards (plate, capacity, in use/out of use). Read only.
