Tasks
The Tasks (Görevler) tab shows the work directed to you: picking, putaway, replenishment and move. Tasks are jobs the administrator created in the web panel or the system suggested; you carry them out on mobile. Pull the page down to refresh.
Sections of the tab
- Next job (Sıradaki iş): the job that suits you best, in a large card; Start (Başla), or Resume (Devam et) for a running job. Order: first your running job, then those assigned to you, then the pool; within each group, urgent first, then the nearest due date. If your manager has turned on task interleaving, a task on your way to the head of the queue can be brought forward while that head job is not urgent or near its due time (e.g. a pick on the way back from a putaway). Your position is known from the shelf you scanned last; the rule is in the web panel under Settings › Labour and shifts.
- Assigned to me (Bana atananlar): tasks the administrator gave you.
- Waiting to be written to Logo (Logo'ya yazılmayı bekleyenler): tasks you finished whose shelf transfer has not been written to Logo.
- Pool (Havuz): tasks assigned to no one; you take one on with Take from pool (Havuzdan al).
- Open a task from an order (Siparişten görev aç): you choose up to 10 orders and open a picking task for yourself.
- Today (Bugün): your lines/hour, accuracy and completed tasks today, compared with your own median. There is no ranking between people; your warehouse manager can see it too.
You can run only one task at a time; to start a second one, finish the first or Pause (Duraklat) it.
Picking
The task moves stop by stop in route order. If voice guidance is on, the app says the shelf and the quantity.
- Scan the shelf. If your manager has turned on the shelf check digits, the question "Check digits on the shelf label?" follows: scan, type or hold and say the two large digits next to the shelf code on the label. If they are wrong, the wrong-scan warning comes (sound, vibration, a card under the scan field) and the line does not open (Barcode scanning).
- Scan the product.
- For a lot-tracked product, Scan the lot; the suggested lot and its expiry date are shown.
- Enter the quantity and Confirm (Onayla).
If there is not enough product on the shelf, tap Report short (Eksik bildir). If the item is also on other shelves in the warehouse, a decision card opens first ("Short: what now?", Eksik var: ne yapalım?): up to three shelves, earliest expiry first (FEFO), e.g. "C-01 · L9 · SKT 28.02.2027 · 4 KOLİ". Choosing a shelf sends the remaining quantity there and makes it the next stop ("Take the rest from …"); if you had picked part of it, the picked part is closed and the rest comes as a new line on the new shelf. The chosen shelf and lot are read again from Logo at that moment; if they are no longer available you are told. Quarantine, receiving and shipping zones and quantities reserved by other tasks are never offered.
If there is no other shelf, or you choose Report short at the bottom of the card, enter the reason: Not on the shelf, Damaged, Not enough stock or Other. Report to manager (Şefe bildir), the card's last option and in the list of reasons, passes the problem to your manager (Report to manager). To take a break, Pause. When all stops are done, Task summary (Görev özeti) › Complete (Tamamla): a shipment draft is prepared and goes to the basket to be sent to Logo.
Batch and cluster picking
When the administrator opens a wave with the batch method in the web panel, the same products of several orders are picked in one round; when the round ends, the picked goods are divided between the orders in the Sort into orders (Siparişlere ayır) step. The Route (Rota) strip at the top of the screen shows the next stop, the aisle and the estimated walking distance left.
In a wave opened with the cluster method, each position (Pozisyon) on the picking cart stands for one order. At the stop the shelf, the product and the position are shown large ("Position 2 → 3 ADET"): you put what you picked into that position on the cart. The route strip shows the next stop here too; when the round ends the orders are ready one by one.
Putaway, replenishment and move
These are shelf-to-shelf jobs:
- Putaway: putting goods that came in with goods receipt onto a shelf.
- Replenishment: bringing goods from a reserve shelf to a pick face when it runs low.
- Move: moving a product to a better shelf following a slotting suggestion.
Steps:
- Scan the source shelf.
- Scan the product.
- Enter the quantity taken and Take (Al).
- Scan the target shelf and put the goods away.
In putaway you can place the goods on a shelf other than the suggested one; the app asks "Put it on another shelf?". The target shelf of replenishment and move is fixed; if another shelf is scanned, a wrong scan warning appears.
When the task ends, you choose Write to Logo (Logo'ya yaz) or Later (Sonra) for the shelf transfer; the ones you leave for later stay in the Waiting to be written to Logo list.
Putaway after goods receipt
The Put away (Yerleştir) button on the goods receipt result page suggests a shelf for each incoming product and gives the reason ("The product's pick face…", "The same lot is on this shelf…"). Start the task (Görevi başlat) opens a putaway task, which runs with the steps above.
Report to manager
You pass a problem such as a damaged product, a wrong product or an unreachable shelf to your manager. Tap Report to manager (Şefe bildir) on the Tasks tab (it is also on the short-pick card during a task), choose the reason (Damaged, Wrong product, Shelf unreachable, Other) and add a note and a shelf code if you like; for Other a note is required. When you report from a task, the task, shelf and product are added by themselves.
The report goes to the manager's exception list in the web panel. The manager takes it and writes the resolution; the answer shows in My reports (Bildirimlerim) on the Tasks tab (such as "Ayşe is on it", "Your manager answered"); you close it with OK. No push notification comes to the phone; you see it when you refresh the tab.
Warehouse notes
You can leave what you know about a product, a shelf or a supplier for the next person (e.g. "This supplier's carton holds 10, not 12"). Tap Leave a note (Not bırak), type it or Hold and speak (Basılı tutup söyleyin); speech is turned into text and not kept.
- Notes appear as cards while you run a task (shelf and product), in Order receiving (supplier) and in AI Mode (product).
- A new note is shown for 14 days with the label Awaiting approval (Onay bekliyor); if the manager approves it in the web panel it becomes permanent, if they reject it, it is removed. You delete your own note that is awaiting approval with Take the note back (Notu geri al).
- A product or supplier note is shown in every warehouse of the firm, a shelf note only in that shelf's warehouse.
Count tasks
Count and recount tasks belong to a count plan; they are started from Count › Warehouse count › Planned count (Sayım › Ambar Sayım › Planlı Sayım) (Counting).
