Request, subcontracting and production
Create request
- Choose Manual (Manuel).
- Enter the products, quantities and due date; Continue (Devam et).
- In the form, choose the Fulfilling warehouse (Karşılama ambarı); it must be different from the warehouse you work in. Send to Logo (Logo'ya gönder): a request slip is created in Logo.
A request opened on mobile is unapproved (a proposal) in Logo and does not appear in the fulfilment list. The manager approves it in the web panel (Request approval and cancellation).
Request fulfillment
- Choose the request slip, the Source warehouse (Çıkış ambarı), the Requesting warehouse (destination) (Talep ambarı (giriş)) and the shelves, then Start (Başla).
- Fulfil the lines in the basket; mark a line that will not be fulfilled with Will not be fulfilled (Karşılanmayacak). When you choose a lot and shelf, the quantity of that lot on the shelf is shown; the quantity defaults to the smaller of the request line's remainder and what is on the shelf.
- Preview and send: the fulfilment transfer is linked to the request. The preview and the result screen state the link (e.g. "Request … line 1: 19 AD to be fulfilled").
A request can be fulfilled in part: a request with a remaining quantity stays in the list and its remainder can be fulfilled later. A request whose lines are all fulfilled leaves the list.
Subcontract shipment, Subcontract receiving, Subcontract transfer
- Subcontract shipment (Fason Sevk): choose the subcontract production order and enter the quantities to send to the subcontractor.
- Subcontract receiving (Fason Kabul): choose the subcontract production order and enter the received quantity of the finished product; for tracked items, complete the lot and shelf details. The consumption line's quantity comes from the recipe (what the accepted finished product needs); choosing the consumption lot does not raise it to the lot's whole stock.
- Subcontract transfer (Fason Transfer): choose the subcontractor; you choose the order in the form.
The documents of Subcontract receiving (consumption and production receipt) and the Subcontract transfer document are linked in Logo to the production order you chose, so the order's realised quantity moves forward in Logo. After writing a document, WMS reads it back from Logo and checks the order link too.
All of them end with a preview and Send to Logo.
Production: Assembly, Disassembly, Subcontract production
- Assembly (Takımlaştır): start By order (Siparişe göre) or Free (Serbest), choose the finished product and quantity. The components come from the item card's quick production components.
- Disassembly (Takım Boz): choose the product to take apart and the quantity; the components come back into stock.
- Subcontract production (Fason Üretim): choose the subcontractor first, then the product and quantity.
In Automatic mode the component quantities are calculated from the card. In Manual mode you can change a quantity or leave a component out.
Lines tracked by lot or shelf are completed in their own basket:
- Scan the lot and shelf of the side that leaves stock: the components in Assembly and Subcontract production, the product in Disassembly.
- Enter the lot and shelf of the side that comes into stock: the product in Assembly and Subcontract production (it may be a new lot code), the components in Disassembly.
The Send to Logo preview lists the steps in the order they are written:
- A new lot card, if any.
- Logo's quick production document (type "Disassembly" for Takım Boz, with the subcontractor for Subcontract production).
- The consumption slip and the production receipt slip; both are linked to the quick production document and, for Subcontract production, carry the subcontractor.
If no line is tracked and the components are exactly the card's, one step is written and Logo creates the consumption and production receipt slips itself.
The result screen shows the numbers of the consumption and production receipt slips; you find the quick production document in Logo's list of quick production documents.
If a step is not written, the earlier steps are not undone; the record becomes "partial" and an administrator retries the remaining step. After writing, WMS reads the quick production document and the two slips linked to it back from Logo.
