AI Mode

AI Mode is the mobile app's AI shell: you ask questions, describe an operation by typing or speaking, and the AI prepares the lines. The AI never writes to Logo by itself. The lines it prepares go through the normal basket and preview path; you press Send to Logo (Logo'ya gönder).

Opening and closing​

On the Operations screen, tap the sparkle button at the bottom right (AI Mode). The home screen turns into the AI shell and the bottom bar is hidden. To leave, use Leave AI Mode (AI Modundan çık).

If AI cannot be used (for example, the monthly credit is used up), a window tells you why.

Start screen: "What shall we do?"​

  • Start an operation (İşlem başlat): Receive goods, Prepare shipment, Move to shelf, Transfer, Start a count.
  • Ask or scan (Sor ya da okut): e.g. "Where is this product?" or Scan document (Belge tara, see Document reading).
  • Drafts in progress (Devam eden taslaklar).

Type your question or operation in the text field at the bottom (at most 4000 characters), scan the product with Scan a barcode (Barkod okut), or press and hold the microphone and speak (Talking trigger). You can also type the product code: "VD-08 3 koli A-12'ye" (VD-08, 3 boxes to A-12).

Conversations​

Each conversation is a document and has a state: Draft (Taslak), Awaiting approval (Onay bekliyor), Checking (Kontrol ediliyor), Written (Yazıldı) or Error (Hata). The sidebar holds New conversation (Yeni konuşma), Drafts (Taslaklar), Awaiting approval (Onay bekleyenler), Checking and History (Geçmiş; Today, Yesterday, This week, Earlier). To delete a conversation, press and hold it. On a phone the sidebar is a drawer; on a wide tablet it stays fixed on the left of the screen.

Cards​

The AI answers with cards: table, gauge, summary, line card and choice card. Cards are saved with the conversation. If a warehouse note was left on a product, it shows on the product card.

From draft to Logo​

  1. On the line card, tap Add to basket (Sepete ekle) (or Edit, Düzenle).
  2. The strip at the bottom says "N lines · Preview and approve" (Önizle ve onayla); tap it.
  3. The same document details and preview screens open as in a manual operation. You check them and press Send to Logo yourself.
  4. The strip shows the result: Being checked (Kontrol ediliyor) or Written to Logo #… (Logo'ya yazıldı #…); See the result (Sonucu gör) or New operation (Yeni işlem).

The AI basket works today for Goods receipt, Move to shelf and Transfer. For shipment preparation and counting, the AI directs the lines to the operation's own screen.

Safety principle

Approval is never given by voice, AI or a trigger; only you give it, with Send to Logo. The AI does not make up quantities or shelves; if it is not sure, it asks.
