Shipment, picking and packing

In the Shipment (Sevkiyat) category you pick, pack and load the goods going to customers and write their despatch.

Shipment​

  1. Choose a customer (Müşteri seçin), then Choose an order (Sipariş seçin). For a sale without an order there is a No order (Siparişsiz) button.
  2. The order lines show their readiness: Ready (Hazır), Part stock (Kısmi stok), No stock (Stok yok).
  3. Scan the products into the basket; complete the lot and shelf details.
  4. Preview (Önizleme) › document details (ship-to customer, carrier, driver…) › Send to Logo (Logo'ya gönder). A sales despatch is created in Logo.

A wholesale despatch is written; retail and consignment shipments are not made from WMS.

Order picking​

This is for picking orders along a shelf route and turning them into a despatch.

  1. Start By order (Siparişe göre) or By customer (Müşteriye göre).
  2. In the Picking summary (Toplama özeti), choose the method: Manual (Manuel) or Route (Rota); the shelf order (FIFO / LIFO) and the lot/serial order.
  3. Go through the route stops in order: at each stop scan the shelf and the product and enter the quantity. To take everything at a stop, Pick all (Tümünü topla); if something is short, choose a Reason for short pick (Eksik toplama nedeni).
  4. Preview the basket and send.

The administrator can also create a picking task from orders in the web panel; tasks are carried out on the Tasks tab (Tasks).

Transfer, Return, Waybill return​

  • Transfer (shipment transfer): a transfer to another warehouse for shipping.
  • Return (İade): a free sales return from a customer.
  • Waybill return (İrsaliye İade): you first choose the sales despatch, then take the return lines into the basket.

All of them go through the same basket and sending path.

Packing​

This is for putting picked products into cartons. Packing is WMS's own record; no document is written to Logo.

  1. Choose the source: Task (Görev) or Order (Sipariş).
  2. Open carton (Koli aç); choose the container type (Customer packaging (Müşteri paketi), Choose another container… (Başka kap seç…) or Continue without a type (Tipsiz devam)).
  3. Scan the product (and the lot if needed) and Add to carton (Koliye ekle).
  4. Close carton, open the next (Koliyi kapat, yenisini aç) or Close carton (Koliyi kapat). If weight is required in the settings, the gross weight is asked.

A label is prepared for the closed carton; carton and pallet labels are printed from the web panel (Cartons and pallets). If your company has defined a GS1 prefix, cartons get an SSCC number.

Palletizing and Load​

  • Palletizing (Paletleme) tab: Open pallet (Palet aç), scan the carton labels, Close pallet (Paleti kapat).
  • Load (Yükle) tab: optionally choose the vehicle (Choose vehicle, Araç seç), scan the carton or pallet labels and Load.

Only cartons for the same recipient can go on one pallet.
