Counting

Warehouse count​

  1. Choose Planned count (Planlı Sayım) or Free count (Serbest Sayım).
    • Planned: the count plan your administrator assigned to you in the web panel. Start count (Sayımı Başlat).
    • Free: a count by Product (Ürün) or Shelf (Raf), Automatic (Otomatik) or Manual (Manuel); Start counting (Sayıma başla).
  2. Count shelf by shelf (or page by page): scan the shelf, scan the products, enter the quantity; Add (Ekle).
  3. Finish count (Sayımı Bitir). On the Count result (Sayım Sonucu) screen, save the result to the plan (Save the result to the plan, Sonucu plana kaydet).
  4. Send to Logo (Logo'ya gönder): count slips are written for the difference (separate slips for shortage and surplus).

Blind count and recount​

In a count whose plan is blind, the expected quantity is not shown to you; you enter only what you find. If a line's difference exceeds the plan's threshold, a recount task is opened for that line and it is counted again as many times as the plan's number of rounds. The final decision is the administrator's: in the web panel they approve the difference, reject it or have it counted again (Counting).

Reset​

This is for setting the stock of a whole warehouse or a single shelf to zero: choose the scope, Reset (Sıfırla), preview and send.
