Scanning barcodes

Most work in WMS runs on scanning: shelf, product, lot or serial, carton label.

Handheld terminal scanner​

While the scan field is open, the on-screen keyboard stays closed; just press the scanner trigger, and the code lands in the field and is processed. If you need to type the code, tap the field (Type by hand, Elle yaz). For products without a barcode, the material code in Logo can also be typed instead of scanning.

Shelf check digits​

Next to the shelf code, the shelf label carries two large digits, the check digits (Labels and barcodes). If the manager turns on Settings › Picking and replenishment › Ask the check digits at the shelf in the web panel, after you scan the shelf during picking the app asks for these two digits: scan the check-digit label, type them or hold and say them. The digits are computed from the shelf code and checked on the server; if they are right the product step follows, if they are wrong you get the wrong scan warning and wrong entries count in the manager's exception list as "repeated wrong scan". This shows you are standing at the shelf rather than scanning from another one.

Camera​

If there is no handheld terminal, the phone's camera becomes the scanner: tap Scan with the camera (Kamera ile okut). On a dark shelf, turn on the Torch (Fener). In continuous scanning you bring the barcodes into the frame one after another. On first use, camera permission is requested (Allow, İzin ver); if permission was refused before, use Open settings (Ayarları aç).

Wrong scan​

When you scan a different shelf, product or lot than expected, the app warns you three ways at once: an error sound, a vibration and a short notification (toast) at the bottom of the screen. The scan field's border turns red and a red-bordered card appears right under it: Expected (Beklenen) and Scanned (Okutulan) side by side, with the scanned value struck through. The screen is not covered; the card goes away when you scan the right code or close it. The flow still stops: a wrong scan opens no line and puts nothing on the wrong shelf.

Sound and vibration​

There are separate sounds and vibrations for a correct scan, a warning, an error, a wrong shelf and the end of a job. Alert sounds play even when the phone is on silent; if the device volume is zero, the app warns that sound is off ("Ses kapalı"). In Settings › Feedback (Ayarlar › Geri bildirim) you can turn the alert sound on or off and test it.

Scan tab (quick scan)​

The Scan (Tara) tab in the bottom bar is for getting information without starting an operation. You find the product with Barcode (Barkod) or Find product (Ürün ara); the product's stock, the shelves it is on, its pending orders and pending requests are shown.
