Lot traceability and recall

Lot traceability shows the whole path of a lot or serial number on one page. Anyone with the Material, Receiving or Shipment category can open it.

1. Type the number in the Lot or serial number field and click Search. If there is a single exact match, it opens directly.
2. The Traceability tab has five sections:
   • Where it came from: the lot's entry into the warehouse.
   • Where it is now: the remaining quantity and its location.
   • What happened: the lot's movements.
   • Who got it: the customers it was shipped to.
   • Used in production: the productions the lot went into.

Recall

The Recall tab lists the customers the lot reached, with quantities and documents. Take the list as a file with Download CSV, or print it with Print / PDF. Direct link: /izlenebilirlik/<lot>/geri-cagirma.

The information is read from Logo; WMS writes nothing and sends no notification to customers.
