Assistant
The web panel's Assistant (Asistan) is the warehouse manager's AI helper: you ask about risks, exceptions, the team and the plan; it looks at the WMS data and answers, and when useful proposes an operation as a draft. A draft changes nothing until you approve it, and the assistant never writes to Logo.
Opening it
- The Assistant button in the top bar opens a side panel on the right from any page. The assistant knows the open page ("This page: …", or "This record: …" on a record's detail), so you can say "this task", "this face".
- Open full page (Tam sayfada aç) in the side panel opens
/asistan: Conversations on the left (Today, Yesterday, This week, Older), the conversation on the right. - New conversation starts afresh; Delete removes a conversation (credit already used is not refunded).
What you can ask
Starter suggestions: "What is at risk today?", "Who is free, what is waiting in the pool?", "Suggest a plan for tomorrow", "Suggest settings for faces below min", "Explain the latest count differences". On a task, counting plan or product page a suggestion for that record appears too.
The assistant reads with your own permissions: cockpit, exceptions, workload (hourly chart), tasks, team, recommendations, pick faces, count differences and product movements, sales orders. A warehouse user gets answers only about data they can see themselves. If there is no data, the assistant says so; it does not guess.
Answers come as text, table, KPI and chart cards; Open on page (Sayfada aç) opens the related page. Clicking a row in a table opens that record's page (task, exception, count difference, order or product).
The team status shows each person's zone and shelf: the next shelf of their running task, or the last shelf they confirmed in the past 12 hours. You can ask by zone, such as "Who is free in zone A?"; a person whose position is not known is not placed in a zone.
Drafts
The assistant can propose three kinds of operation:

| Apply a recommendation | The recommendation is applied; WMS opens the task or the counting plan. |
| Pick face min/max | The face's values are saved. The values come from WMS's own suggestion; the assistant does not invent numbers. |
Press Approve (Onayla) on the draft card; after confirming once more in the dialog, the operation is done through the page's own function and the card says "Applied".
AI Credit
The assistant uses the same monthly AI Credit as AI Mode on mobile (AI Credit). When 80% of the credit is used a small warning appears; when it runs out the assistant closes until the month renews, while the rest of the web panel keeps working.
