Warehouse pages

Warehouse map

Shows the warehouse from above, shelf by shelf. With the Layer choice the same map answers a different question: Occupancy, Velocity, ABC class, Task density, Recommendations and Task route. You can choose a level, search a shelf code, zoom in and click Fit everything. Click a shelf to see its stock in Logo, open task lines, last count and recommendations in the side panel.

With View: Plan | 3D (Görünüm: Plan | 3D) you can also see the warehouse in three dimensions: shelves are drawn as boxes on their own levels, in the same colours as the plan layer (e.g. occupancy). Rotate and zoom with the mouse and click Fit everything; shelf search and level choice work in 3D too, and clicking a shelf opens the same side panel. The task route and recommendation arrows are drawn in the plan view. Your choice is remembered on this device. On phone width and in browsers without 3D support, the plan is shown.

The map is drawn from a warehouse snapshot; the age of the snapshot is shown at the top ("Last snapshot …"). The administrator takes a new snapshot with Refresh (at most once every 15 minutes per warehouse).

The administrator's Layout tools:

  • Set up layout: places the shelves into aisles, bays and levels according to the shelf code pattern; Preview, then Apply.
  • Import CSV: takes shelf positions and capacities from a file or pasted text; Apply valid rows.
  • Edit position/capacity in the shelf's panel.

Pick faces

A pick face is the fixed shelf a product is picked from; its minimum/maximum values drive replenishment (administrator only).

  • Counters: Pick faces, Empty, Below minimum, Replenishing. Filters: All, Needs replenishment, Waiting for a snapshot.
  • Add pick face: choose the product and the shelf, enter Minimum, Maximum and Multiple (the quantity per carton that replenishment is rounded to). Fill suggested values suggests values from the product's daily outflow.
  • Edit, History and Show on map on the row; Remove face in the form.
  • The face's estimated stock is computed from the warehouse snapshot; Refresh snapshot updates it.

When a face drops below its minimum, a replenishment suggestion appears; it is turned into a replenishment task from Recommendations.

Warehouses

Warehouses, their shelf and item counts, the last count date. The detail has Locations, Counts, Inbound, Outbound.

Shelf layout

Administrator only. Shelves come from Logo (Sync again); WMS gives them a layout:

  • Zones and aisles: add, edit and delete zones and aisles. Zone types: Storage, Picking, Receiving, Shipping, Quarantine.
  • Shelves: filter by zone and aisle; see the Unsequenced shelves; drag to set the picking sequence. Edit shelf for picking sequence, level, position and capacity.
  • Print labels: in the Shelf labels window, the selected, listed or all shelves; size, thermal (ZPL) or A4 grid, direction arrow. See Printing labels.

The picking sequence sets the route; unsequenced shelves appear as an exception on the Cockpit.

Products and stock

The product list: stock, reserved, available quantity, open sales and purchase orders, status. There is an Out of stock on this page chip. The detail has orders, requests, inbound, outbound and serials/lots; Print labels prints a product or lot label.

Packaging items is the same list; it shows the cards marked as packaging in Logo.
