What is not written to Logo

  • Cartons and pallets (packing, palletizing, loading) are WMS's own records; no packing slip is created in Logo. Writing an optional one-line summary into the dispatch note's note is planned.
  • Tasks, waves, count plans, recommendations, pick faces, shelf layout and settings are WMS's own records. The web panel does not write to Logo: it plans, you carry out.
  • Changing or cancelling a document in Logo is not done from WMS; it is done in Logo itself.

e-Despatch status

WMS does not send the e-Despatch (e-İrsaliye); sending it is the job of Logo and your e-transformation provider. WMS only shows the status:

  • In the dispatch note list in the shipment detail, each dispatch note shows its e-Despatch badge, plate and driver.
  • The Shipping page has the "Dispatches with e-Despatch not sent" strip: dispatch notes written in the last 14 days whose recipient is registered for e-Despatch and that have not been sent for more than 4 hours. The same records also appear as exceptions on the Cockpit.
